Bad experiences with Indian Airlines

I guess no airlines can be perfect, there will be instances where the airline will make mistakes and make customers mad. Here are some bad experiences with Indian Airlines:

I needed to take a Bangkok to Guwahati flight home. I am so used to booking flights online; however, you dont find any information about the flight in the website of Indian Airlines. Their website is the most user unfriendly website. It doesn't allow you to do anything online. Not only that, they don't update the websites and don't provide information on some routes like the BKK-GAU!! I took a flight from BKK-GAU July and September 2006 and the flight from GAU was almost 2 hours late and the Indian Airlines had no courtesy even to inform that they were late. All the people were waiting after the security clearance for the flight. At the end, we found out that they were waiting for some passengers who were late!!!
